WOWEXEC

WOWEXEC.EXE (Windows on Windows) is a 16 bit Windows emulator that allows you to run 16 bit Windows programs in XP's 32 bit environment, just as WOW 64 allows 32 bit code in 64 bit Windows. 64 bit Windows does not come with WOWEXEC.EXE for 16 bit code or NTVDM, so it can not run 16 bit Windows or DOS programs.
